1. Ordering Process: 

  • To place an order, customers can contact our dedicated sales team via phone, email, WhatsApp and through our online ordering system. 
  • Minimum order of $100 and more. 
  • All orders are subject to availability and will be processed on a first- come, first-served basis. 

2. Pricing & Payment:

  • Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) & are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • Payment terms & accepted methods will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and company checks. 
  • Full payment is required before the order is processed and shipped.
  • In the event of payment discrepancies or overdue payments, we reserve the right to delay order processing or cancel the order. 

3. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, order volume, and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Our sales team will provide estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We strive to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen

 4. Returns & Exchanges:

  • We value customer satisfaction and offer a return and exchange policy for eligible products.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Prior authorization is required for all returns or exchanges. Customers must contact our customer service team for return instructions within seven (5) days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or product defects.
  • Store Credit for returned items will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • We make every effort to accurately represent our products through detailed descriptions and high-quality product images. However, please note that colors and textures may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings or lighting conditions.
